Return & Exchange Policy
Everything you need to know about returning or exchanging your items smoothly and efficiently.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from COP Fashion House Private Limited. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return or exchange the item in accordance with the policies outlined below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.
- All original tags, labels, and hygiene seals must be intact and attached.
- The return or exchange request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items marked as "Final Sale", customized products, and intimates/swimwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
2. How to Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return or exchange process:
- Email our support team at grievance@wearecop.in with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason.
- Wait for approval and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a pre-paid shipping label (if applicable).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include the packing slip and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Drop the package off at the designated courier facility.
3. The Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Specify the new size or color you want when you contact support.
- Once we receive and inspect your original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method instead.
4. Shipping Costs & Fees
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you are returning an item because it is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of Mind / Sizing Issues: For all other returns and exchanges, a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are subject to a strict quality control inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, washing, or damage. If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
